A private expert report is commissioned by one party and serves as a basis for decision-making or as evidence in court proceedings. A court-appointed expert report is commissioned by the court and carries special evidentiary weight. We prepare both types of reports.
After the engagement, we schedule an on-site inspection. Our expert assessors conduct a visual inspection, thermography measurements, yield measurements, and, if applicable, drone surveys. All measurement results are documented and incorporated into the written report.
